There’s so much on our hearts and minds that God wants us to tell him.  He wants to know what is it that tickles you. Although he is all knowing yet he says ask and you shall receive. Below are 10 important things he wants to hear you tell him.

  • He wants you to tell him your perils.  ”The disciples went and woke him, saying, “Lord, save us! We’re going to drown!” – Matthew 8:25
  • He wants you to tell him your sicknesses.  “Simon’s mother-in-law was in bed with a fever, and they immediately told Jesus about her.” – Mark 1:30
  • He wants you to ask him your questions.  “As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?” – Matthew 24:3
  • He wants you to tell him your difficulties.  “By this time it was late in the day, so his disciples came to him. “This is a remote place,” they said, “and it’s already very late.  Send the people away so that they can go to the surrounding countryside and villages and buy themselves something to eat.” – Mark 6:35 & 36
  • He wants you to tell him your failures.  “After Jesus had gone indoors, his disciples asked him privately, “Why couldn’t we drive it out?” – Mark 9:28;  Simon answered, “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.” – Mark 5:5
  • He wants you to tell him your needs.  “What do you want me to do for you?” Jesus asked him. The blind man said, “Rabbi, I want to see.”  – Mark 10:51
  • He wants you to tell him your family troubles.  “A man in the crowd called out, “Teacher, I beg you to look at my son, for he is my only child.” – Luke 9:38
  • He wants you to tell him about your disappointments.  “One of them, named Cleopas, asked him, “Are you the only one visiting Jerusalem who does not know the things that have happened there in these days?” – Luke 24:18
  • He wants you to him your victories.  “The seventy-two returned with joy and said, “Lord, even the demons submit to us in your name.” – Luke 10:17
  • He wants you to tell him your bereavements.  “Lord,” Martha said to Jesus, “if you had been here, my brother would not have died.” – John 11:21Psalm 55:17 says “Evening and morning and at noon I utter my complaint and moan, and he hears my voice.”  He is always ready to hear you talk to him so go on and tell him all that’s on your hearts.
